Frequently Asked Questions
There are modalities that work with the mind such as counselling or therapy. There are modalities that work with the physical body such as physio therapy and chiropractor. And there are modalities that work with the energy body such as Reiki, Pranic Healing and Sound Healing.
Transformation Coaching works with the mental and energy bodies, which then allows the physical body to come into balance and heal.
Through Transformation Coaching, any hidden blocks that have been holding you back from experiencing the true freedom you require, are released or transformed. These “blocks” could be old wounds and traumas (sometimes very old and very hidden), incorrect beliefs or patterns that don’t support you. You will gain clarity and strength in all areas of your life.
The techniques used in transformation coaching are powerful, create impact and bring dramatic results.
Transformation coaching invites you to do the inner and outer work required to become who you are most deeply meant to be in the world. It is empowered personal growth for people who want to live more consciously and mindfully. It involves a combination of inner insight techniques AND real-world actions to move you forward towards your most rewarding life.

I work with a diverse range of clients. Some of the challenges they experience are:
- Struggle with their self worth
- Over deliver in many areas in their life
- Give generously to help others often at the sacrifice of themselves
- Unable to ask for what they’re worth
- Feeling stuck, like there’s something missing
- Feeling resentful or dis-empowered
- Not able to enjoy life in the moment
No, coaching is not a type of therapy, and I am not a trained therapist.
I have had many clients who previously had extensive therapy through which they gained much understanding about their patterns and behaviours. Therapy helped get them to a certain point.
Therapy usually takes people from ‘bad’ to ‘so-so’ or from ‘so-so’ to ‘good.’ I have had many clients who came to me having had extensive therapy and what I found was that, while those clients understood how past events had impacted their life and behaviour, there were unresolved emotions and beliefs running through their nervous system. As a result they were limited in the changes they were able to make.
Once these clients worked with me, they were able to CHANGE their patterns, energy and overall well-being. An additional benefit of the work we did together was to reduce their medications and in many cases not needing them at all.
Coaching picks up where therapy leaves off, and takes people from ‘so-so’ or ‘good’ to ‘great’!
Yes I do! Men experience challenges in life as well. They can benefit from Transformation Coaching just as much as women.
